Artisan Processing Timelines

To ensure the absolute purity, freshness, and vibrational integrity of our wellness collections, all Temptation Aromas products are meticulously handcrafted and hand-poured to order. Our standard production window is 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed.

Domestic Transit & Carrier Details

  • Where We Ship: At this time, we exclusively ship to destinations within the United States. We do not offer international delivery.

  • Transit Times: Once your custom creation leaves our Washington studio, it is handed over to the carrier (typically USPS). Standard domestic transit generally takes an additional 2 to 5 business days, depending on your geographic location.

  • Tracking Your Shipment: The moment your order is dispatched, an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, allowing you to follow your package's journey.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Temptation Aromas is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen after delivery—all circumstances of which are entirely beyond our control. Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of that carrier to deliver the item safely.

  • Delays & Losses: Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your provided tracking number regarding transit delays or missing packages.

  • Mail Theft: If you suspect mail theft after a package has been marked as delivered, you can request the GPS coordinates of the final scan point from your local postmaster and file a formal mail theft report with your local authorities.

Damage in Transit

Every package leaves our studio fully insured up to $100. In the rare event that your items arrive broken or damaged, please review our comprehensive Return Policy & Guidelines regarding how to preserve your packaging and submit a successful online insurance claim through the carrier.
