What is your return policy?Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?There are no refunds since every item is custom. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. **Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.

Do you offer rush production?All orders will be processed in our standard 3-7 business days. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 2 business days.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?Temptation Aromas is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What are your business hours?We are open Monday through Friday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. On Saturday we are open from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM for rush orders and special production. And we make every effort to respond to email and chat inquiries with 24- hours (48 if it comes in on Sunday.)

Are your products hypoallergenic?Essential oils are primarily made with plant-based ingredients and, just like other plant-based environment allergens, can cause nasal allergy or asthma symptoms. Nasal and asthma-related symptoms are more common when the oils are diffused and inhaled, causing: Asthma flare-ups. Congestion and/​or a runny nose. We offer a light scent and an unscented version of each product. Tor order either of these options please note "light," or "unscented" in the personalization section available with every product. Another option if you are unsure how our scents will affect you, is to order the Trial Trio. This package is our least expensive product so that you can test the scents. It contains all three aromas in 3 ml pure essential oil perfume concentrate.

Your Temptation - Black Currant Vanilla product sounds familiar, how is it formulated?You are right. This aroma was born because we had loved the long ago discontinued Bath & Body Works Sensual- black currant vanilla. We worked with Molly, of Molly Ray Parfums on the creation of this aroma set to be similar but yet uniquely warm and alluring. It has notes of mandarin, rosewood, and just a hint of musk in addition to the warm vanilla and black currant.

What if I am sensitive to fragrances?There are two options available to you; if you are only sensitive to some scents, you can order the 3, 3ml trial set to find out which aroma works for you. If you either need light scent due to your work, or environment, that can be specified in the custom order section when ordering. Or you can use the custom order section to request an unscented version of the body oil or body lotion. The fragrance mist would not be a good purchase for you - sorry.
